7 Quirks was foreshadowed since the beginning thne Sports Festival arc. I can understand ot liking it, but it didn't come from nowhere. At the moment, I will hold my judgement for the future.

That's the point. No matter how strong your quirk is, you will always be weaker to people who have honed it with years of training and experience. Even AFO said something along those lines. Overhaul said the exact same thing during his fight with Deku.

Though Deku has a good quirk, he can't make up for that with just a few months of training. Hell, that as the entire point of the last arc. Quirks that weren't seen as relevant or suited to be in the main class were now powerful enough to compete through training and honing.

The entire point of Deku's current character arc is to become someone worthy of the power of OFA, especially when there are multitudes of people who deserve it even more than he does.

It would be anticlimactic, he has OfA. Literally just splat and that's it.

Midoriya stole Mirio's thunder and made what could have been a 10/10 a very underwhelming one. I don't like how he has to be shoved everywhere.
