It's only effective because of overwhelming difference in firepower.
If they go up against an enemy who can tank those shots, that strategy would lose effectiveness.
Being familiar with different strategies to adapt to the situation is preferable since they're aiming for real battles. Just ending the match with "I nuke the battlefield" should be reserved as a last resort, because it wouldn't work against big bads.

Except this is rank battle, there is not a single team that has enough power to deal with this kind of bullshit right now.

Actually I think someone like Chika is an ideal opponent for those going on the away trip, think about it, if they learn how to handle her they can be even more effective against black trigger users as without being surprised by their ridiculous trion amounts it means they won't have to many people making the mistake of trying to run down the clock against them in a stand off

Yes, of course, that's objectively the optimal way to win the ranked battle, but user asked me to find a flaw, so I looked at the non-immediate use of the ranked battles as gaining battle experience and it not being as useful for that. One could argue that even if Chika shot people, it'd be best for her to use something that allows her to shoot non-cannonblast style for more experience with shooting live rounds precisely and general sniper training.

The flip side is that if Chika can't punch through something's defenses none of the rest of them can on their own – the real weakness to that strategy is it's too timid and the defense phalanx gets tied up defending chika rather than the entire team being able to switch seamlessly between defense and an offense that incorporates Chika's power attacks alongside the other members' onslaught.

And the limit of that will ultimately be Osamu. Chika's the peice that needs to fall into place for that weakness to come to forefront and be overcome

There are a couple of holes in this strategy :
1 They need to regroup to make it work. Holding up just Hyuse would certainly put a hole in their defense.
2 She can't straight up explode the map if at least two of tamakoma aren't on the good side of it. Which means enemies could keep very close to them and try to pick their defenses apart from there.
3 Invisible squads, good spotting teams or trapping teams won't be that bothered against this strategy. So most of the A team know what to do.

Ah, so even with Chika unleashed it still wouldn't be an easy win for them if anything it'd probably make it harder because we know Osamu and Yuma would priotize Chika's safety above all else as they do now and once she actually starts becoming such a threat the other teams may even forego each other to try and gang up on Chika first it would almost certainly be T2 against the world which is something I actually want to see one day, usually despite their threat as is the other teams don't think enough of them to not fight each other first.

Now that I think on it, has Chika ever been shown attacked like being cut? I think the most she's ever been actually attacked and defeated is when she got exploded.
