I thought Tats was weakened when she fought Garou, from having to deal with Golden Sperm or whatever.

Its one of those "they'd never have a reason to fight" situations, but between the two of them i'd say Mob is probably the less theoretically defeatable character at his maximum potential. I'd enjoy seeing what conflict could hypothetically arise between them tbqh. Maybe mob finds Saitama's lackadaisical way of life to be misplaced and his lack of worldly goals to be worthy of reproach.

To Takenaka he admits he doesn't know himself except for energy transistor and telekinesis and he's certain he can't do telepathy. With the latter I actually slightly question it. Since he's not interested in testing the boundaries of his powers, how can he be absolutely certain about it? Still I don't think he could do it with the same extend as Takenaka either. With his energy controlling skill he might get close to such ability. When he absorbed Serizawa's and Toichiro's powers he could sense their emotion and was even influenced by it with the latter. The other way around he seems to be able to share his emotions through energy transportation with someone else. And I'm not entirely sure but when Toichiro was thinking about his wife before he was about to erupt, it almost seemed like Mob was able to see those memories too. He replied to it pretty directly, but I think I'm wrong on this one.
Besides the possibility of mindreading, I also question about whether Mob has healing abilities or not. In general it seems espers heal more quickly than normal people, but in the case of Mob I think healing could be an extension of his energy transistor ability. He could make plants grow from seeds to complete plants in seconds, which has something to do with increasing the speed of cells multiplying. Healing wounds is similar to that. With a power boost after absorbing Toichiro's erupting powers he was able to create the broccoli tree, but apparently it also lead to healing everyone involved with the battle, including himself. Makes me wonder if he could do it on a smaller scale too and if the healing is equally effective as healing naturally. The tomatoes didn't taste as good as tomatoes grown slowly over time, so who says wounds healed with psychic energy are as effective?
