The king is literally just a brute with high stats before Pitou and Montouyupi's upgrades, and Netero's hatsu involves a "martial artist" standing in place while his stand slaps his opponent back and forth (brilliant, Togashi). Without deepfags overrating the ideals conflict, the fight itslef is one of the dullest and visually less impressive battles in the manga.

I'll give you a hint: that user isn't complaining about the buildup's length, he's saying the payoff it lead to was disappointin and I fully agree with him. The fight itself was pretty barebones in terms visual flare and for a manga that has quite a few interesting strategies, in this one we're only told how intricate the attacks and counters were at that speed, rather than it being brought forth by the art. I didn't particularly cared for the nuke as a resolution either despite it being thematically fitting.
