Bakugous quirk is creating nitroglycerin and nothing aside from that, they even told us that he feels the force and is affected by it.
Despite pointing out this major flaw Bakugou can still keep up with super speed and strength that surpass human capabilities even if trained to the utmost human limits, his blasts despite this force able to propel metric tons of material do not burn or out right harm or kill him, all he does is sweat more.
Despite that they still hard on claim his only ability is the explosion stuff and aside from that he is a normal human physicaly.

The author really tries hard to never bring this up again as it is blatant how much he favours Bakugou.

Honestly I'd either give focus to another character who hasn't been introduced yet and send Midoriya out into a training arc after some sort of battle.

One for All is not named like this because of that.
Its name comes from two things.
Firrstly everyone could have it as it can be transfered, so it is not truly one persons quirk.
Secondly it is in the spirit of its first user that its power is meant for the sake of the people.

Also why is everyone so surprised about those other OfA abilities, after they explained how it came to be it was kinda obvious.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm not really surprised - it was something people theorized about from the beginning of the series - I'm just anxious that our already significantly powered up protagonist is going to now far and away outstrip any reasonable competition. His classmates and rivals (and the villains for that matter) already would have had a hard enough time competing with All Might 2.0, but a whole bunch of quirks on top of that is well beyond reasonable. So either they'll be left so far in the dust that they may as well not exist or there'll be some serious bullshit power-ups/scaling involved. Anyway, it's not a death sentence - there could always be some new limitations or difficulties added to the power, or other extenuating circumstances - but it's another warning sign in what has become a series of signs that the manga will sharply drop in heart and quality on a more permanent level.

Having one guy able to compete with/beat Deku wouldn't fix the problem - in fact it's an extension of the problem. In order to compensate for Deku's strength we'll see a rise of completely busted abilities, which only further overshadows everyone else, making their past achievements look less meaningful and limiting future contributions.

That might work. I'm fond of bringing up the issue of multiple quirks overloading a body - the thing that makes the nomus living dolls - and having Deku need to give away at least a little of his power in order to decrease the mental load. There are a bunch of different options though, which is why I'm not giving up on this manga yet. I'm just concerned about it.

Bakugou's main problem is that he doesn't know how to appreciate what he already has. He lacks understanding for what it means to have nothing and come from nothing, and even though he has everything he still strives for more. This also explains his foul temper, because he's always disatisfied with himself and with life. If he learned a little gratitude for what he has and what he could potentially lose, he would be fine.

Because when Deku stopped breaking his arms, his power became a lot less interesting.
Having the strongest strength in the setting, at the price of injuring himself, means that his limits are extremely clear. We know he can destroy whatever's in front of him, and we know he'll hurt himself. The satisfaction comes from how he uses that ability.
Not only is full cowl a lot more generic, but now Deku is just arbitrarily strong. There's no tangible difference between 5%, 8%, and 20%. He still just jumps around fast and hits hard. We're meant to take Hori at his word that Deku is getting stronger.
And that's to say nothing of just giving him 6 more powers instead of just having him improve as a fighter.
