Alien 9 is a rather allegorical work, but not to the point of, say, Yuri Kuma Arashi, where nothing is to be taken literally. Nevertheless, it's a strong work thematically, and definitely worth analyzing. It took me 2 years to fully appreciate it. The story is pretty insane, but for a purpose. Heavy symbolism does not mean that what you see purely allegorical. The story of Alien 9 makes sense on a literal level, yet breaks down the moment you start looking for a hidden meaning behind every scene (especially true if you read the manga). This is in direct contrast to previously mentioned Yuri Kuma Arashi, where the story makes sense only as an allegory.

In a dream world I would like both an adaptation of the rest of SSR and an adaptation of SS, but let's get real, SSR is never getting finished in anime form. All we can hope for is an SS anime, in a few years time when there are more chapters obviously, anime is often just an ad for the manga, so finantially more SSR anime doesn't make sence, but a SS anime might, even if it ends up having no plot, that isn't necessarily a bad thing, see Nichijou.

Eh, I’d say WF is probably a bit better than C-tier at least in terms of results. Certainly not one of the more well-endowed studios, but they do typically put a lot of effort and care in the adaptions that are handed to them since they only handle about 2 shows a year. As far as studios go which dont really have high expectations of them, I’d say they’re generally one of the better options.

It's amazing really, we want these comfy lives while we're in our youth, but the only time we can actually live comfortably is after a long life when our youth is gone. It's an amazing shame is what it is. The question now is do you spend your life trying to make yourself comfortable, or do you purposefully discomfort yourself to make the future better?
Take what happens to their village in SSR, even in a post-post-apocalyptic society, people are still fighting for resources. The root of war lies elsewhere, and even if we just let everything collapse, we wouldn't have Eden, we wouldn't go back to Rousseau's state of nature, it'd probably be more like Hobbes' if anything: Scared people, trying to live like they did in the past, fighting others meaninglessly for things that truly should be left behind.
We're too far forward to go back, we'll never get back to Eden. We've got to try and fix what we have now and better ourselves for the future. There will always be those who try to seize power for their own gain like we've got now, but we can prevent it by being good, moral people who are looked up to.
What good this'll do on a siamese glass-blowing forum is probably zero, and probably means even less considering it's from some retard who read a lot of a former ero-mangaka's work, but it's 1500 characters at this point so might as well post it

I've thought about it a lot recently, and come to the conclusion that eventually humanity will hit a divergence point; those who are willing to upload their consciousness into a permanent virtual realm (which would be wonderful but also terrifying), and those who wish to live their lives in this current plane of reality. Assuming we have things like fusion energy and suitably powerful computers, the virtual world could become almost entirely disconnected from the daily bullshit that occurs on Earth. Discounting things like memory limits and CPU runtime, living virtually would give humans the kind of freedom that we can never achieve in real life, and the barriers between conscious minds would become increasingly thin as there would technically be no physical limitations to hold back the sharing of ideas, feelings, and thoughts.
As long as real-worlders keep the server farms running, VR has the potential to offer a true utopia, at least for a little while. I literally can't imagine the kind of worlds, cultures, languages, or ideas that virtually hosted consciousnesses would create - it's impossible to tell what groups of people would do once unbound from the physical form - but it'll be interesting if we ever get to that stage.
I hope to be alive to see it.

Original archiver user here (The one that uploaded the void archive back in march 2018) what i uploaded was pre-deletion back then so anyone that has that archive has everything that was deleted except the posts because back then(And i still do) i had troubles with the twitter API to save the posts(example the stupid 3200 post limit that magically loved to turn 800 before it blocked/banned me randomly) but all images saved fine.
Still tkmiz loves to upload images and delete them instantly so a few doodles have been lost with time because twitter sucks.
For example my current twitter image backup is 1307 images big while currently tkmiz only has 832 images available in twitter, the tumblr one is what i had troubles archiving because i never gave a fuck about tumblr back then.
