Thanks OP. Aika and Alice getting some focus together is always guaranteed fun, even when they're stalking Akari (for science). It's another good chapter showing Akari's infectious influence, endearing herself to others easily and causing people to say some dekkai kinshi things. Just what is it about Akari that makes people want to follow her? Aika and Alice, then Ponyoni later on.
Finally seeing some focus on the city's vaporetti, which are surely integral modes of transport for the general population. Perhaps not as pretty or as intimate as a gondola, but they're pretty darn convenient. And also great for taking photos, if you manage to find a spot at the front or rear of the vaporetto.
Props to Amano for her accurate rendition of the service - though don't worry about walking the plank in order to embark/disembark as in - the vaporetto instead roughly ploughs into the floating 'platform', grinds into place, and you can step onto the boat without the risk of getting wet! Good detail on the signage too , from this we can assume that this stop is meant to represent the 'S.Marco -S.Zaccaria' vaporetto stop, which makes sense as they've been hanging around the Piazza for most of the chapter. Though funnily I'm surprised that the transit company is still known as 'ACTV' instead of 'ACTN'. I guess not everything changed when Venice moved to Aqua!
I'd sure like to take a picture of Akira-sama on the back of the vaporetto, with her hair blowing in the wind.

It might not be coming in through the top. Boats flex, so eventually the seams start to leak. It might make sense to do repairs more often to boats for customers, but for a trainer it's just as easy to bail it out every day.
