Just speedread the grandpa of the battle shounen genre. While the series has many MANY flaws that most manga authors learned to avoid, there's one aspect in particular that I miss in most modern manga: the bromance scenes never feel homoerotic. It seems the whole anime industry realized that fujos are so profitable that colorful male friendships should be mandatory in any kind of series in order to stimulate their imagination, which is a fucking shame because when you leave your basement you'll realize that most real life male friendships are not like this at all.
in short, women ruin any kind of hobby they get invested into.
>women ruin any kind of hobby they get invested into. I think the actual problem are the investors. Just because another demographic gets invested does not make it their fault for quality decline. Greedy investors and editors encouraged creators to pander to them in order to keep interest.
Dylan Richardson
Only correct assessment ever made about this kind of shit happening.
Leo Anderson
I'd like to say that the problem is that women are always the ones being invasive towards certain hobbies and never men, then I remember shit like the Precure and MLP fandoms are full of neckbeards.
Robin mask was the top draw and the real bread winner, honorable 2nd place to ramenman for being a fucking badass guy too.

>Robin mask was the top draw and the real bread winner, Based and Towerbridged.

>oh shit a Kinnikuman thread >these posts
Awful. Repent by posting favorite choujins and fights. >Kinnikuman >Terryman >Akuma Shogun >Sunshine >Kinnikuman vs Warsman >Geronimo vs Sunshine >Terryman vs Max Radial
god I wish Geronimo wasn't the Rock Lee of the series
>introduced as hard worker underdog >jobber during the rest of the series >his biggest achievement as a choujin was defeating Jesse Mavia in a offscreen match
I hope he achieves something in the current arc like Wolfman and Big Body did
Well to be fair, the 80's was exactly the decade when a lot of the most popular manga in Jump did have a big female audience. So Kinnikuman was already becoming outdated while it was ongoing. If you took away the females from manga sales, they would all get drastically reduced which is the reverse from the Western comics.
the revival is fucking amazing, yudetamago is doing a great job at filling the gaps of the wordbuilding elements he created in the original run instead of taking 11 universes out of his ass and doing nothing with them
Tyler James
I'd like to but unfortunately I can't read Nisei without paying a shit load of money for the physical volumes
I wonder if pic related will also come back in the arc, he is one of the few jobbers that are so pathetic they were never seen in action before even though he shows up all the time as a background character.
The most based thing about Kinnikuman is that it is still on going and still the best battle shounen around. Every chapter and fight keeps you guessing what's going to happen, something that has been devoid in the genre for nearly 3 decades at this point.
>Favourite choujins Robin Mask Warsman Terryman Kinnikuman Ataru
>Favourite fights The Machineguns vs Hell's Missionaries Nemesis vs Robin Mask Akuma Shogun/Goldman vs The Man Justiceman vs Terryman Kinnikuman vs Warsman
It gets better, this is from Volume 4 and some of the stuff here is from the revival arc where the art is loads better.
