It’s fine as long as we receive quality isekai. It’s not isekai that are bad it all depends on quality. I’m not a HUGE anime guy (yet) but as of so far I’d say for a serious answer; Goblin Slayer is the best one i’ve seen so far, while something like How to NOT Summon A Demon Lord is a lesser, more non-serious isekai. That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime was pretty decent. I didn’t hook me until the end. I didn’t drop it but let’s just say that one is currently on an extended break.

A 9mm loaded with smokeless powder is going to have a hell of a lot more energy behind it than a musketball shot with black powder. I don't care to go do the math, but I'd wager they'd be roughly equivalent. Probably a 50/50 shot of breaching through.

You don't have to make the language barrier a focus, but I've seen it done so poorly many times like when the new world literally has japanese language, not just for convenient storytelling, but the author goes out of their way to mention it is literally japanese (dropped it instantly so I don't remember which isekaishit this was).
If you don't want it to be a focus, that's understandable, but if you don't have a proper framework of how to explain it, then just absolutely just ignore it completely and have the reader decide their own headcanon around it.

In Death Mage, the other world speaks a variant of Japanese because the heroes 100k years ago spoke Japanese, so the civilization that sprung from then learned it.
Supposedly the main reason the language hasn't diverged (as is normal in linguistics) is because all the gods still speak the language of the heroes, and so do all the long-lived races.
It's more that Alda is a Bellwood cocksucker so he didn't let language evolve beyond the language his belowed Bellwood used.
The stereotypical Adventurer’s Guild, as an established, permanent national/international organization with official ranks and such discourages adventuring. A setting I started brainstorming for had the Adventurer’s Guild as an ad-hoc organization springing out of the general breakdown of law and order in the region. It acted less like a guild and more like a cross between a mercenary company, the mafia, and an angry mob of drunken hobos. The only reason they’re called an Adventurer’s Guild is because they couldn’t agree on a better name. Quest hooks might involve another party getting screwed over by their quest giver and hiring the main party to help loot his house and bust his kneecaps, or engineering a prison break for another party because they don’t have time to deviate from their current job, but want to help a friend of theirs, for a small fee.

The main problem with Adventurer's Guild is that they treat it like a standard guild, wherein you'll have different levels of membership, when realistically it should either be a small mercenary company, or some institution which exists solely to pay out bounties and identify threats, like was done with hunters in real life.
Instead, they try to mix the two, and give everything a power level system so we can more easily appreciate how cool and powerful the protagonist is without putting any actual effort into displaying it.
In a thread a while back, an idea thrown around was that an Adventurer's guild could crop up as an extension of a Catholic-style church with wide-spread (and cross-border) power and influence that was established to eliminate monsters and gather information on other threats like Dungeons.
This sort of setting would explain a lot of the oddities of Adventurer's guilds, including how every kingdom basically allows some multi-national entity without allegiance to maintain what's basically a militia of powerhouses.
It could then over time end up distancing itself from the church itself (at least on the surface) as the church loses sway over other kingdoms, and stick around largely due to tradition and the fact none of the kingdoms really know how to replace them.

I could see that working, and there's always the potential for psuedo-chivalric orders forming for similar reasons. They could even take on the role of bankers, similar to the Templars, which can give another reason why they aren't displaced, being too tied into the economy to get rid of without considerable upset.
The banking aspect also means that they can secure themselves enough capital to more easily exist independently of an external body, after a reputation is a built up.

I can understand that. My setting has the Guild as a regional organization, but that region is large, sitting on top of important trade routes, and has enough political chaos as well as historical and religious significance to the world that it can provide a good diversity of adventures for the party to get sucked into. The Guild isn’t even well organized enough to have official guildhalls. It’s less like the party showing up at a temp agency or clocking in for their shift at some 9 to 5 job and more like bikers going to the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, then the gangs go off to do their own things, occasionally running into each other and either helping each other or fighting each other.
First chapter of volume 4, looks like. Some parts of the WN and LN are very different in the first few volumes though, particularly volume 1. After 4 there aren't any significant differences.

All those are just tropes/writing devices where the presence or absence of any that you've listed won't make an isekai good(or bad). For example:
-TAEPODONG so far has none of those, yet it's still an enjoyably trashy read
-Sevens(not isekai but who cares) has a harem. I'm one of those anti-harem fags but for me it's one of the things sevens did great
-Faraway Paladin may be the closest to your ideal but then again, I'd probably read anything that author puts out- isekai or not.
The solution to have better isekais is to have better writers(help em Minos), not to change the whole genre itself. I don't mind having RPG mechanics or whatever, what I do mind is when the characters are literally stereotypes, the plot goes nowhere or the original premise that made it popular isn't done well(or done at all).

Dependant on how convoluted the magic of the plane is, or rather, in high-magic settings, having someone on the front-lines who knows the myriads of beasts and their special abilities would prove in/valuable enough to make such orders quite realistic in-setting.

I don't see the problem with RPG and system stuff as long as it's not some random bullshit but instead actually at the very least somewhat relevant to the story. Think of how it's handled in Kumo, for example.
