I don't even think it would be that difficult of an idea, it's just that the scale of the project would require some planning and having a good system in place to make it work.

Possible plan: Yea Forums pitches ideas. Vote on the best five and narrow to one. Using a "one word a post" format, Yea Forums writes a script for a single episodes worth of content over the course of a thread or two. Recruit anons to record lines through Vocaroo or similar, an user to assemble the frames, and an user to handle music/sound. Set up a site where Yea Forums can easily draw frames in-browser and submit. Yea Forums provides editoranon/musicanon regular feedback to steer them in the right direction.

This by no means would make a good, or even palatable anime, but if this ever ends up actually happening this would be the most accessible way of going about things. If anyone has other/better suggestions I'd like to hear them.

Yea Forums already has done everything needed to create an anime before. There are Yea Forumss animated OPs that go for 2-5mins plus Yea Forums signs which is basically shitty voice acting.
