What has that to do with the antethesis? As far as we know it shouldn’t have countered the almighty itself. Unless Ishida "stole" the almighty for a split second so Juwach couldn’t have foreseen the arrow. But we just don’t know.

I think you need to be overwhelmingly more powerful than Yhwach to overcome his abilities seeing as having a higher amount of Reitsu than the other basically nulls any form of powers.
I think he has to see a person to foresee this persons fate. He was surprised by the Mimihagi and even Yoruichi when they suddenly approached him in the soul palace. He asked about Haschwalth after he absorbed the Mimihagi and at the end he looked surprised for meeting Renji & Rukia and Aizen later on.

This. His ability works by shifting the Dante he gets to someone else (which is why he’s hard countered by The Balance), him shooting an arrow literally does not use his ability at all. If he had stabbed himself with it, it would have used his ability.

Im gonna assume you meant damage and no. Its not just damage someone did to him. Its anything that happened between two targets
It's stated by Haschwalth that Antithesis might be able to counter Almighty, or to use it against Juwach somehow. It's described as "reverse what already happened between two targets". So Juwach might be able to change his future, but Ishida can reverse his fate, so Almighty got negated(?).
