Uruka is cute and lovely, you need to have some kind of mental issues to actively hate her unironically.

Fumino is the biggest piece of shit character I've ever seen in anime. It really pisses me off that such a weak, useless and cliche character occupied the first and second spots in the English and Japanese fan polls concluded recently. That speaks more about the cancerous fanbase rather than anything else, who have a really piss poor taste and have too much time on their hands.
I shall attempt to enlighten the deluded masses known as Fuminofags of the various ways she just flat out sucks.

While the author does attempt to freshen her character up with different hairstyles each episode they are mostly in vain. Compare Fumino with Rizu, senpai or even uruka. She looks too bland and unoriginal compared to the others. Too plain. Just like a bowl of boiled rice.

2) Rizu is a pet or mascot. Since the author doesn't take her seriously you shouldn't either.
3) Sempai is there for the smug. she's got the best harem inroad of any of the girls in that she's the "fake girlfriend" however the way she's been used in the manga makes it clear the author takes her even less seriously then Rizu.
4) Sensei is a sensei. Simply put the older teacher woman only wins in Korean manwha. She never wins in nip stuff. Still she's god tier fan-service and an unbeatable culmination of gap moe, I get the love, it's just not going to happen.
5) Fumino has, a lost parent, tragic backstory, a shared secret with the mc, is the mc's best bud and love councilor. Every one of these things is a harem win positive. The only negative is she's trying to hook rizu and urika up with the moeman, but I suspect that's just to setup the final drama in the manga. Ultimately she lacks all the negatives everyone else has, making her the most likely to win.
