see, the problem with western, or specifically, american voice actors is the fact they fucking suck at what they do, due to the nature america being a powerhouse of media entertainment, the dub guild just doesnt have the experience of making good quality dubs because everything most people watch is already native made in their language. compare that to japan or mexico (king of spanish dubs) where theyre not the main producers of media they absolutely have to have great dubs because that is their lifeline in the entertainment industry, its really up to them to bring the good stuff to the people, mexico also has the benefit of dubbing japanese media too, making them the worldwide masters of dubbing imo. i mean fuck, the mexican dub is so much fucking better than the original american voices its not even funny and is defacto my way of watching it
