Yeah there is no way to cheat in Dragon Ball, you either beat the enemy in a battle of strength or you out smart them, saying that cheating could exist would lead to things like Great Ape/Super Saiyan getting called cheating, Frieza's forms, or Kaio-ken, even extremely potent moves like the Destructo Disk or the Tri-Beam would fall under that blanket and even more pointless arguments would spawn from it.

I hate that goku only really fights seriously when hes mad which is almost never. he pretty much stops moving normally and only uses instant transmission at that point
