What do you like about n/u/Watamote? Is there anything interesting for you in it?
Watamote
Can't get into shit that serializes for extended amounts of time.
autism
the whole point of watamote is that all the horrible awkward shit she went through was almost entirely her own fault. For her to make friends and connect with the people around her, what needed to change most was her. That's also true in my own life and it's interesting to see it reflected in the manga as it evolves.
>For her to make friends and connect with the people around her
Spontaneously and out of nowhere. When irl she would be reviled and ignored as the bitter, unbalanced person we know she is.
Watamote was something sort of special years ago. Now it's just a dyke harem that really doesn't go anywhere entertaining or meaningful. Harems went out of style over a decade ago. Here's hoping Tomoko gets trucked so the series can properly catch up with the rest of the schlock everyone else is shitting out these days.
It's like seeing your problem child lil sis becoming a better person and be able to not worry about her future. I can identify.
I like how gay it is.
This.
i can't say i enjoy modern watamote but i've pretty much moved on, i might pick it up again if it goes to the way it was but i don't see that happening.
I like how she's on the outside growing into something approaching human, but inside is still the degenerate weirdo we've always loved
