Later on, Sonic was giving the 2 dragon ninjas some kind of fight, the same ninjas who were fighting against a "normal Flashy Flash"... and once they transformed, Sonic was completely blitzed and Flashy had to actually get serious to blitz them.
But Casual Flashy was roughly equal to the dragon ninjas, they are far above anything else.

I'd say Sonic busted his ass training and he's now equal to the transformed ninjas, so Genos too is equal to them with his upgrades. Meaning they can tango with a casual Flashy, but if he got serious they are dead. Let's not forget Sonic could follow Tatsumaki flying at full speed.
They are the fastest people alive besides serious Flashy and Saitama.
