That's probably wrong considering Murata said if all 3 of Boros' generals fought Orochi with planning they would still have next to no chance at winning and Tats at full power is strong enough to kill GS and the GS vs Orochi matchup is unknown at this point in time, a stalemate if you will. So if full power Tats can kill GS it's probably likely she could kill Orochi as well which puts her way above Geryuganshoop.

But based on the information given by Murata I believe I am right in thinking Tats could also kill Orochi if she were at full power. Also you said earlier that Murata says he doesn't know went he actually said he "wasn't sure" big enough difference between those two statements I think. And you talk as if he just mentioned them in the same sentence when he was most definitely comparing them and said he wasn't sure who's stronger and would have to ask ONE. I never saw/heard that. I don't follow the series beyond its publications, so I never heard about author commentary until someone brings it up. I just go by showings.
Well, if that's the case then Geryuganshoop is probably only around Psykos, like the other guy said. (Not a speedreader by the way, I actually enjoy the series.) I suppose I just found it odd that someone lumps Boros in with those who are more prone to telekinetic disposal via Tats. Tats is strong -- stronger than anyone but Saitama (excluding the mysterious Blast) as far as heroes are concerned. But I believe the limit to her own ability is also dependent upon who she's facing.
Boros, GS, AG, Saitama (though he doesn't really count for this example anyway) -- I don't think she has the mental strength necessary to outright kill any of these beings, even at "full power". She might have gotten GS (with high difficulty) but I don't think anyone else qualifies. Part of her psychic schtick, according to Fubuki, is that the more willful a being is, the more difficult they are to move, hence Tats barely being able to lift Saitama off of the ground.
