It wasnt satisfiying and it didnt really make much sense. Just watched all of it cause mobage. The fights were cool but lacked impact. It reminded me of suckerpunch. the first fight girl gets thrown through a wall and gets up perfectly fine. At this point all the tension is lost nothings at stake.
Its not like wixoss or toji no miko where fights have consequenses. In this Oh you lost its ok go fight someone else tommorow. Yeah theres the whole lose your motivation thing later but it seems halfassed and tossed in. The last few eps seemed like suffering for the sake of suffering and forced drama. Banana wins she gets her wish everything is great. Hikari wins she gets kidnapped and brainwashed by a giraffe. What? Why? Shit comes out of left field. They hint at it cause they keep saying starlights a tragedy but the way it happens feels forced and unnatural.
Instead of this dumb plot shit id rather just watch these dykes make out as a finale. Watching them interact with each other and the slice of life was fun but thats every cutegirls doing cute things show. Theres neat stuff like banana timelooping that gets glossed over for a mediocre ending that doesnt deliver.

I would say it is overrated. The show is only really good for the first 3 episodes, the Banana episode, and the last 2.

Also watched the rest of the anime (after dropping it after ep 5) to play the mobage and while the show lost steam the last episodes were ok, tag team revue was cool.
They did murder Nana with that "villian" phase though.
