You are also severely underestimating how bullshit a sane Herk is. Archer Herk is shown casually firing arrows from over 20km range at Mach 20 while Saber had troubles with Emiya sniping her. And this without going deeper with other ridiculous stuff he has like Nine Lives and the Hydra poison.
