Being able to somewhat reliably solo Demon-level threats is the general admission standard for S-Class, and the ranking within the class isn't based solely on combat power. Popularity and networking are factors as well, and since TTM inspired a fan club full of well-known heroes it makes sense that he'd make it a little farther into S-Class than Prisoner.

The only thing that kind of annoys me is they use stills a little too often for my tastes. Makes it look cheap.
