It makes me a bit sad to see people bashing on JC because this project was likely beyond their abilities. Because they are trying their damn hardest, seriously, the Garou scenes are better than anything they've done in recent years.
They really broke their limiter but it's still not enough. Kinda fitting they're adapting Garou.

Even the bad visual and audio direction are likely due to time constraints since everyone is at their limits trying to animate this in a passable way, something JC staff doesn't usually do.

Genos is his disciple, and he seems to enjoy hanging out with King. The few emotions he does express are mostly related to King, like feeling guilty for breaking his game and being pissed when he loses
Fubuki initially wants to incorporate him into her group as a pawn, but she then realizes that his own connections are much more powerful than hers, so she decides to become stronger on her own during his fight with Tats. It's a bit hard to pin what she sees him as, but it's obvious that Fubuki wants to be on the same level as her sister and Saitama.

Maybe TTG will get a more proper shot when the monsters attacks the hospital.

When they're first introduced the collection of S-class heroes seemed so random, as if ONE was just pulling adjectives out of a hat in order to fill a roster.

Realistically Murata already did everything he humanly could to help the studio and they fucked up. The Genos vs Sonic fight was full of key frames and in-betweens already, they just needed to color them and draw a bit more frames but they ignored them.

Can someone explain why JC Staff always cut out impact shots? For example, you see someone throwing a punch, then you cut to the other person flying away or the immediate result of the shot. But never skin on skin contact.

The sound effects of this season are actually what surprised me most in a positive way.The quality of the sound effects compensates for the lack of the season 1 animation in my opinion,you will notice how much a game changer are the sound effects when it comes to the fights.They're making the fights look even more intense and because of that the audio producers did really great job and you could say saved the show in their own way.

A criticism I have of OPM in all its forms from webcomic to the anime is that it doesn't establish many facts about the setting. Sure the series has its focus, but when you have a central point like "humanity/the world is threatened by monsters", it would help if the reader was given a sense of scale or some reference to where the central characters exist in relation to the setting. OPM is very Dragon Ball-esque in how places and people exist without there being a logic to how those things exist.

If heroes move around by trains, planes and automobiles, then things like distance and time become relevant.

At the very least we know trains interconnect the cities given what we've seen from the OVA. Even Genos takes them apparently.

The cities themselves are all large metro areas, but their designated territory is roughly the size of a bigger state in the USA, with most of it being rural land. You do see Tats being flown in to take care of the dinosaur, and Saitama/Genos need to run for a few hours to get to the House of Evolution. The roads from the Hero Assoc. are drawn to extend very far in every direction.
Basically, things are shown in subtle ways instead of directly.
The ghost town is a relatively small, abandoned section. Nobody moved out immediately, just gradually as monsters kept appearing.
It became an urban legend, so nobody is interested in going back even if it's not particularly dangerous.

The zoom-out from Saitama's apartment to the meteor shows Z city to be somewhere in the middle part of the supercontinent. The seafolk, as the name indicates, came from the sea. They invade J-city, which is presumably on the coast. There are no visible inland seas on the continent nor have any been suggested to exist. Saitama can run at infinite speeds but how did everyone else get there, and where did they come from? We're potentially talking about thousands of miles in distance. Mumen Rider appears in multiple different cities over the course of the series, did he just happen to be in J city when the seafolk came? Your scale can't be right.

The character's purpose is to be the big imposing figurehead of the MA first and foremost. He's fulfilling that nicely. And a character can both show off their stuff and look good, and give a pity powerup to the resident saiyan happened multiple times because Garou has his plot armor to keep him going. Nothing will save anyone from Saitama so what was your point with that?

You're really upset that Orochi destroyed Garou. As expected from a garoufag. A loss is a loss and Garou lost hard while struggling against a guy holding back his full power which was reserved for someone more deserving; like Tatsumaki or currently Saitama.
