Depends. If option 2 takes place within the canon of the show then it's a bit difficult. Post-Rebellion Homura is literally the fucking Devil and while that might be pretty hot I'm sure Sayaka will be breathing down my neck anywhere I go and Homura will be depressed as shit most of the time. If it's a spinoff of the canon then hell yes because Homura won't be a depressed mess for once. If she kept her magical girl powers/god powers then I'd bring her irl because becoming the Supreme ruler of earth while being the bottom of the Devil sounds fun. If she doesn't keep her powers and it takes place within the show's canon then it's pretty hard. Homura is going to be sad either way as she'll be unable to be with Madoka either way.
