Hopefully TL-user will be around, but basically what happened is that a rumor was started about yugami using the time when the group got lost in the mountain to do weird stuff with momo, and the chapter is about how rumours start, the consequences it can have (like yugami losing respect as captain to some bald guy), how yugami DGAF about it since it was business as usual but solved it anyway. Also momo had a crush on a older guy but it turned out he got a girlfriend and junior-zoned her.
I'm sorry Kaori but Yugami has no weaknesses.
Since these scans are taken from the Volume rather than the magazine, we also get an extra story about the schooltrip from Yeagashi's perspective.
