What is interesting about this is that Kaguya doesn't know that Shirogane fell for her before she put effort to change and seems to be under the impression that it is the part of her she perceives as 'not the real her' the one he fell for, while Shirogane, in his efforts to win her over, did everything except actually show he was fond of her.
In their first mental battles it was less 'I know you like me' and more 'I'm a superior person so I'm sure you consider me a potential partner' thing. Hence all the fucking insecurity in their current state.

You can also get one hell of a God complex when life and death are literally in your hands. Add the horrible hours and constant stress, it's amazing more doctors don't go postal.

So I wonder when exactly this is actually taking place relative to Kaguya's development? If Kaguya was already wearing the ribbon by this point then that would mean that either a) some other important thing happened which caused her to start wearing it in the first place prior to this event, or b) the ribbon itself isn't actually that important or notable in the first place and it's just Prez diving in for it which was important (which is possible but would go against the theory that it's a memento from her mom).

Considering she's Shirogane "treasure", I think Shirogane helped her in the past and it's related to how Kaguya fell for him.

They're ALL her "main" personalities. They are, as a collective, the traits that make up Shinomiya Kaguya.

Obviously, its' exaggerated for comedic effect and visual representation, but the bottom line is; nobody has one "default" personality they project. People change depending on the circumstances and what they're facing.

Ice is as much the "main" as "normal" and Baka. Ice represents the part of herself that she loathes but can't change, Baka is the part where she just forgets about her troubles and acts on instinct, and normal is obviously when she's more emotionally stable, but the other two traits are still present.
