Where did we go wrong anons? When did liking popular things start being a crime? I’ve always liked 3x3s because it helps me find new shows and manga based on how well somebody’s tastes line up with mine, but some of you fags seem to get off to the prospect of inflating your ego by criticizing anybody whose choices happen to appear in any other list or discussion thread. I’m really damn sick of seeing your guys’ shitty Facebook-hipster level opinions plugging up these threads, therefore, we’re kicking this 3x3 thread off with two rules:
1. Don’t be afraid to post the shows you like because other anons will disagree
2. Popularity != bad
Got that anons? Good. Now let me see what you guys actually like, without having to choose some obscure bs because some retard told you to.
Why are 3x3 threads so shit?
These threads have been utter shit since the very beginning.
replace ichigo with logh
That’s because the people who fuck them up have been here since the beginning
Nobody cares about your taste, user. Stop posting garbage.
lame same shit as every other 3x3

what the the fractions supposed to signify? I must say, I have lurked for quite a while and I'm still unable to deduce what they mean
Add up all the fractions that have ever been posted in these threads and the number you get should accurately reflect how much of a dumbass you are.

"Number of those manga you like"/"Number of those manga you've read"
“I hate [thing] because it’s popular” isn’t a real opinion
liking the same shows as everyone means your opinion is worthless and you are just a drone
Shows get popular BECAUSE so many people like them. If you hate a show because it’s popular and not based on any true inherent flaws with it, you’re just a hipster retard who thinks he’s better than everybody else, and utterly useless in any higher level discussions of theme and character analysis
get some taste drone
t. drone #300445456
so you're just 30% the drone for liking an anime that is 30% as popular as the most popular anime.
so if dbz is my third favorite anime, then i'm 70% of a drone (out of a top 10 anime list), but my first favorite is something only 5% of people who watch anime know about. so only 75% of a drone (not counting the other favorites).
Is this really how you think?
>dpz
low IQ poster detected
t. drone #300445457
So my first favorite anime is [your favorite anime], and my 10th favorite anime is dbz, does my IQ balance out?
Is this really how you think?
>theme and character analysis
Both of these are bankrupt concepts that have contributed heavily to the stagnation of Western fiction in the last 50 or so years.
hey guys look at me my 3x3 has the same shows as every single 3x3 that was just posted above mine. It's totally my own taste and I'm not a drone with zero personality that is just like the everyone else
>dpz
low IQ poster, no one cares what you think, so just go back to watching lain or dbz or whatever, drone
drone hivemind
Liking popular things has always been a critique by those who either don't get the appeal or those who perceive themselves as "getting their first". I'm sure there were cliques of people who made fun of the masses who went to the gladiatorial games.
very witty and shows your personality just like your 3x3, just copy what people previously posted.
>well played!
I'm inquiring about the numbers I see so frequently posted here. What do they mean?
I’m sure people used to call you interesting in middle school
>true inherent flaws
Did it ever occur to you that someone can hate something despite the lack of "true inherent flaws"? What if I hate something for the character design or the comedy? Those aren't flaws to you, since you like it. But you'd ultimately accuse people of only hating the comedy cause "it's popular".
...
Threads entirely about wanking your "taste" to others, why would they go astray?
at least I talk about different stuff, drone. Sad when in reality i could predict the anime you are going to talk about if you came up to me
That’s still a better reason than what any hipster brainlets actually give. See above, where some tard is calling anons a drone instead of offering an actual opinion about any of the series they post
Holy fucking shit, I refuse to believe anyone is this this dumb. This question has already been answered at the beginning of the thread. You clicked on this thread because you were interested and didn't even bother to read a part of it? You literally need to lurk more, newfag. OP is right when they said that these threads are shit because they attract fucking morons.

In reality we’d never meet because I can’t just walk up to some neet hiding in his bedroom shitposting on Yea Forums and probably /pol/ all day. Anyway, post your 3x3 fag, let’s see how much better your taste is than all us drones
go back normalfag, you are missing retweets

>I’ve always liked 3x3s because it helps me find new shows and manga
This is your reason. This is why 3x3 threads are so shit: People like you treating them as recommendation threads.
>Don’t be afraid to post the shows you like because other anons will disagree
Believe it or not: That's what most people already do. They just don't make a fuss about it like you do.
>Popularity != bad
Yes. And no one ever said so. This is a strawman.
When people get called out for only including popular stuff, no one is saying that they have bad taste. The common "criticism" is that they seem to have either not seen much that isn't mainstream or that they have no taste of their own, going by what's generally agreed to be good.
That's simply down to the statistical improbability that your taste exactly aligns with the taste of the faceless masses, that's basically reducing everthing to its common denominators.
>Now let me see what you guys actually like
Do you really think that this can be an actual 3x3 thread after the bait OP you wrote? You're practically challenging people not to post serious grids but to start arguing about shit.
Well done, retard.
(We've already had enough 3x3 threads in the last few days anyway.)

Do you guys carefully crop these in paint?
That sounds like a lot of work and im not tech savvy
>Do you guys carefully crop these in paint?
No.
1) Use GIMP or Paint.Net or something that's comparable to those.
2) Make a new image of the size you want your panels to be.
3) Use "Open as layer" or "Paste as layer" to get your images into that one file.
4) Make all but one layers invisible. Transform that Layer by positioning and scaling ("Resize layer").
5) Reapeat for all other layers.
6) Add a border if you want.
You'll now have a file that contains all layers you want. Export each of those as PNG or "Copy visible" and paste them into a larger new file (three times in both dimesions). Use gridlines/guides to align them pixel-perfectly. Done.
>higher level discussions of theme and character analysis
The majority of "analysis" is justifying why you like something after the fact, rather than being the reason you like something
Therefore, it is a bankrupt concept because it is fundamentally unconvincing to anyone other than yourself
The wisdom of the common man is far more important than any dumbass analysis you 115 IQ idiots can do
or instead of doing all this shityou can use befunky.com
Creating a grid in Photoshop isn't hard using stroke or line tools. Hell, once you've made one you can use it as a template. The rest is simply bringing in and cropping off the images.

Not really. You are far more likely to get attacked than lauded for your taste. Unless you fake your 3x3 and pander to the least common denominator while not picking things that's too mainstream.
Fuck you, validate my taste!
What the fuck even is a 3x3? Is it simply 9 series you like? Does the positioning of anything matter?
My favorite is a random screenshot from the middle of an episode with no main characters visible.
>Is it simply 9 series you like?
Yes and no. It's your 9 absolute favourites.
>Does the positioning of anything matter?
Not necessarily. But the centerpiece is where the eye is drawn most instictively, as well as the top row. (top-left and top-center, mostly). So you might as well designate those spots for the things you like most.

Your taste in manga is horrible.

Your taste in manga is better than your taste in anime.
>Your taste in manga is better than your taste in anime.
Honestly, you just have no appreciation for animation as an art form.
I appreciate good anime, but Heidi, that stop motion dolls and the other moe garbage you have in your grid can hardly be called "art". It's very strange how your taste in manga is so good, yet you watch trash anime.

But you haven't even watched them by your own admission. Maybe one day you'll realize the true strengths of animation. As it stands, you're merely a dilettante.
the best part of 3x3 threads are the massive faggots that shit all over everyone elses 3x3s and then post theirs like its a gift from god. then their 3x3s always have the same shit on them like evangelion, lain, hxh,
mushishi,bobop,tatami,nhk.... should i go on?
i could just fill up a 3x3 with pictures from yuru yuri and non non biyori and it would be better than any of these type of anons.

most of the rest of you anons here seem to have decent tastes though

I like 3x3s when they're not the same old 3x3 grid but instead change the format a bit.
Not 4x4 or 5x5 to be clear but like that user that had them in a circle or other similar concepts. They pop up every so often, anyone have any other examples?

Have you seen Gokinjo Monogatari? The character designer for Doremi did the designs and animation direction. Based on your having Utena and Karekano on there I think you'd really enjoy it.
The same shit gets posted in everythread, you could probably have seen ~50 series and 20 films and recognize most of the 3x3s. In no particular order off the top of my head
satoshi kon, nisioisin, yoshitoshi abe, all ghibli/miyazaki//takahata, ikuhara, watanabe, yuasa, nisioisin, oshii, jinrui, shin sekai yori, iyashike/comfy-core (nnb, ykk, mushishi, hidamari), moeshit (mainly k-on and doremi and aria) old gainax (flcl and before), zetsubo sensei, general cancer (clannad, wan piss, nhk, toradora, code gayass, anohana, s;g, jojo, nagi no sd;kfl, kaiji), and /retro/core (dezaki, votoms, msg 0079, green gables, hxh, giant robo, bubblegum crisis, future boy conan, leijiverse, logh, etc)
those probably account for over three quarters of the content posted in these threads, go watch 25% of them, make your 3x3, rate stuff you haven't seen, and you will fit right in
>all ghibli/miyazaki//takahata
>iyashike/comfy-core

>he thinks one can't genuinely hate things
Zip it retard. If you put Nichijou or any comparable type of garbage on your grid yo get 0 out of principle.
>The same shit gets posted in everythread
Yes, because it's always the same people posting. They don't just wildly change up their grids every single time.
Actually, what you seem to be talking about is that there's some overlap between different people's grids. And that it's mainly the most popular things from different genres. But that's to be expected: It's those things that most people have seen.
Yes, some have a very mainstream taste, but what do you want them to do? Lie about what their favourites are?
And some are genuine newfags who haven't seen all that much. They can only select from a limited number of anime.
That leaves those who do in fact lie, trying to fit in - or to stand out. I do, however, believe that they are in a very clear minority.
~50 he says, and then he lists names and genre that easily make up for 200 in total. And that's conservative given how "moeshit" is like 500 on its own.
Good, I watched it recently and looking through the archives I realized it's almost never discussed on Yea Forums. I've been trying to shill it to people. The art direction and character design is just gorgeous. Miyako is a really fun character. They're always wearing really /fa/ 90s outfits as well.
It also leave the people who genuinely have niche favourites, but I guess that's not a concept you're familiar with.

>It also leave the people who genuinely have niche favourites

Oh, so that's why you make all that fuss about nothing: You're butthurt that people ignored whatever shit you posted.
Get over it, retard.
Yeah, just posts generic shonen trash instead. Are you impressed because you don't recognize the titles or something? These threads are all the same; retards post retarded shit, tryhards post slightly obscure retarded shit to impress the retards, and bigger tryhards post the least recognizable things they know that were critically acclaimed. There's also a special category of retarded tryhards that don't watch anime but don't want their shit taste exposed, so they post stuff like Tom & Jerry or foreign shorts that everyone has seen instead, and think that will impress. 3x3 niggers truly are the worst.
Yeah, give me a second, I'm going to count how many times each show appears in the grids posted here for the last few months and then catalogue them in a spreadsheet just to prove you wrong.
Retard.
>y-you're butthurt
Fantastic argument. Not everyone is an attention seeker like most of the faggots ITT.
That's because it's actually really boring and full of quality. They made the MC into a whiny self-insert character instead of focusing on the count. It's more the fact that it frequently gets discussed as entry level "deep" anime. In fact I generally distrust any grid that contains more than three of the following:
Lain
Belladonna of Sadness
Paranoia Agent
NHK
Mushihi
Gankutsuou
HxH
Mononoke
Rakugo
Haibane Renmei
Eva
GitS: SAC
Kuuchuu Buranko
Ergo Proxy
Psycho Pass
>I'm going to count how many times each show appears in the grids posted here for the last few months
No need for that, just do it for this thread. I wouldn't want to impose.
Take the dick out of your ass
>They made the MC into a whiny self-insert character instead of focusing on the count
Majority of the original novel also focuses on boring shithead nobleman instead of based Edmond.
Yeah, but Gankutsuou is like high school drama with Count of Monte Cristo going on in the background. Plus, once you get over the artstyle and designs you realize the actual composition, animation and art quality in the show is very lackluster.
Not really. The only part where Edmond is not the main focus is the Rome arc.
All I remember is that I spent way too long reading about characters I didn't give a shit about and then he never even kills his targets. That story was so lame.
>Not everyone is an attention seeker like most of the faggots ITT.
You obviously are. Why else would you have made such a stupid point as "different grids don't get as much attention". You obviously care. And you've made it very clear that you consider your own taste way more "exclusive" than other people's. So, yeah, you're getting ignored and hate it, that's why you shitpost.
Please grow up.

>i also recently learned it's linked to parakiss which i enjoyed
Parakiss is a sequel.
Did the book have a trap too?
Alas, no.
Only in the sense that Albert falls for a man who is crossdressing, but the character only does it for that purpose and isn't relevant afterwards
A good 80% of the shows you listed are either masterpieces or great series.
That's actually the only area where the anime is an improvement.
I'm afraid Peppo was actually a girl.

>grid is literally entry level top ten on any most popular recommendation list

>masterpieces or great series
You can't be serious. Had you written "50%", I'd agree. 60% could be argued. But 80? That means that 11 of those 14 have to be "masterpieces".
And it contains absolute shit like Paranoia Agent, NHK, Ergo Proxy and Psycho Pass (4 already, only leaves 10).
try girls' last tour
Paranoia Agent is good, it could be argued that the ending didn't make sense for some people. But if you pay attention it was actually foreshadowed a few episodes earlier.
Ergo Proxy is a masterpiece, maybe you didn't get it because you're too lazy and didn't want to analyze the show.
NHK isn't a masterpiece, but its great because of the fact that very few anime in history have spoken about the subject of hikkikomori.
I didn't say all of them are masterpieces. I said some are masterpieces and others are great.
Why does a show covering a topic that not many other anime cover make it great? What a terrible line of argument.
Whats his point? Those shows keep getting posted because they are actually good. The fact that pretty much everyone has them in their grid is a testament to the fact that they are good shows.
Because its original, fresh and something that's never been done before.
You have very low standards for what's great or a masterpiece.
Original =/= Good
>Ergo Proxy is a masterpiece, maybe you didn't get it because you're too lazy and didn't want to analyze the show
I can only call it a masterpiece if it's a satire of "pseudo deep" shows in anime industry

You're in the minority here since everyone has those shows included in their grid. What does that say about your taste?

Yeah, it wouldn't have looked as cool as it is now without airing dates
This anime literally has characters named Derrida, Lacan and Husserl. Come on
So? All the philosophical concepts used in Ergo Proxy serve to the plot and characters. They aren't there just for show. That episode in the library where that Proxy names a lot of philosophers to Vincent is very important to understand what happened and why.
The best part about this is how some pics have so shit quality they've obviously just cropped from a stream.

Just awful.
?
That's not the point. Work on reading comprehension.
HxH is a masterpiece.
Where is your grid?
It's okay for a Dragonball ripoff, I guess. No adult could find it insightful or entertaining, though. It's good for kids and teens for sure. One of the best teen shows of all time, up there with Elfen Lied and DitF.
Based.
How can Chimera Ant Arc be this good?
3x3s that are just your top 9 were never good, you should be making ones that are the last nine shows you finished to prove you're not a seasonal anime drone or a complete nostalgiafag
I don't post in these twitter tier threads, newshit.
I just went to check what this would look like, it'd be a pretty funny grid I think.
>Charles Solomon, a writer for The New York Times and Los Angeles Times, praised the moral seriousness of Gon, a quality that gives the protagonist "an appeal his relentlessly upbeat counterparts lack".[128]
>Publishers Weekly mentioning that his characters are "endearing and complex".
>While Rika Takahashi of EX.org and Claude J. Pelletier of Protoculture Addicts both reviewers appreciated the intricate narrative and characters.[9][2]
>While the series as a whole has received widespread praise,[134][135] the Chimera Ant arc in particular has been often singled out. In addition to being met with rave reviews, the arc has generated considerable discussion and analysis of its themes, symbols, characters and structure throughout and in the aftermath of its run. The arc is commonly viewed as a deconstruction of sh?nen and action anime;[136][137] other readings have focused on supposed symbolic parallels with Buddhism[138][139] and nuclear war. Nick Creamer compared the arc to a “war drama”. In a lengthy essay, Creamer read the arc as a study of, and in the end a simultaneous critique and defense of human nature.[140]
>Much of the writing surrounding the arc focuses on its villain, the Chimera Ant King. Largely echoing Creamer’s conclusion, Luke Halliday, in an examination of the character, describes his story as “an exploration into what it means to be human.”[141] In the piece, Halliday describes the King's development as “one of the most interesting and captivating in anime . . . [the King's] journey is simply unforgettable” and states his own belief that the arc “will go down as one of the greatest stories told in anime”.

You've been posting here for hours saying that people are putting only popular shows in their grids to fit in, yet you refuse to show your 3x3? You're such a pathetic coward.
>yet you refuse to show your 3x3?
At least he doesn't sink as low as stealing someone else's 3x3 from the archives, hoping that the original creator won't notice.
We've had trolls do that lately.
Psycho pass is fine.
So is HxH 1999 (never bothered with 2011), even though it easily has the worst and most obnoxious fanbase of this board.
Gargantia is really good. Underrated show. It's a shame we never got a proper sequel series.
>paid advertisements in Western publications
Oof.
I guess my standards just aren't as low as yours.
>most obnoxious fanbase
I see you fell for the Hunterchad meme. Despite the obvious falseflagging.

No, I'm just not an attention whore.
>Fujimaki (author of Kuroko no Basket): After seeing the expressions of the characters that Togashi-sensei has drawn, the area that surprises me the most is the corner of the mouth. Kurapika for example would always have this kind of expression, where the corner of his mouth is always slanted upwards or downwards, but because the shift is very slight, it looks like he is smiling, but also expressionless at the same time.
>Ishida: I’ve had this storyboard in my head constantly, but internally the bar kept getting higher… Because I was going to show it to Togashi-sensei, whom I greatly respect, I didn’t want to show him anything poorly done, and I wanted to construct my own worldview within “Hunter x Hunter”
>Ishida: That’s right. When I was in junior high school, the first manga I copied was of Hisoka. It was the scene where Hisoka is letting down his hair after a bath, after he has a battle in Heaven’s Arena. It was so cool I just had to draw it
>Kishimoto: Before I became a professional mangaka, I was already a big fan of Togashi-sensei, I was able to greet him at the Jump Festa
>Kishimoto: Yes. Well, during that time period I was having difficulty creating my manga. I thought I'd ask you for some tips sensei, the first time we met I was a little nervous but luckily Sensei was very nice to me which helped me get over my nervousness and allowed me ask a lot of questions. After diner, he showed me his workshop, the cycle of creating a manga, how to have a good work atmosphere and many other things. Back when I've started the serialization of Naruto, my inspiration for these was Hunter x Hunter, even to this day it still has a special place for me and I often re-read it.
>author of Kuroko no Basket
Ignored
>asano calling Togashi a genius
He's not, can you not read?
>Ishida: That’s right. When I was in junior high school, the first manga I copied was of Hisoka
So he drew on it as inspiration for his own middle school boy manga.
>Naruto author
Worst mangaka in history of manga.
No, you're too scared of other people's judgement and prefer to hide. They would probably hurt your feelings if they called your favorite anime shit or trash. You're an insecure little worm.
So basically you're just one of those "People don't like shounentrash x isekai harem ish??? lLIES" people. I feel sorry for you.
To be fair the longer you spend on this board the harder it becomes to distinguish between legit posts and bait.
What stands is that I have been forever turned off towards the show, so if it was falseflagging it definitely succeeded.
I honestly fail to see what's there to dislike about psycho pass. Fans may overhype it, but there's still quite a bit to enjoy.
Maybe I indeed have low standards given my 3x3
Sometimes its okay to concede when your counter-part offers a better argument. Its what grown ups do, son.
>It's not.
You have to be a moron to believe that anyone would talk about his favourtie anime in such an overblown way and thereby bring its fans in disrepute. Look at it this way: Who gains from "Hunterchads" bahaving that way: HxH doesn't, its actual fans don't. Since that meme started, out of nowhere, actual discussion about HxH has pretty much become impossible, sometimes even current chapter threads are being shit up by those trolls.
Those who profit are detractors who want to ruin it for others, its reputation on this board and those who fellate themselves over "shonen-wars".
3x3s are dumb because you don't name the anime.
>better argument
>using the authors of Naruto, Tokyo Ghoul, and Kuroko no Basket as professional recommendations
Honestly, if those are the kind of people you think are worth listening to, it's no wonder you like HxH.
Holy shit. Even 3x3 threads are HxH threads now
Is this heaven?
The guy doing it in these threads is an actual Hunterfag. He has it on his grid. He's probably the same guy posting these reaction pics and pastas in every thread on Yea Forums. I'm sorry that doesn't fit your narrative, but it's the clear truth.
Asano, the author of AssClass, Tezuka, Murata and the author of MiA are also big fans of Togashi.
Pic related. Murata drew himself bowing down to Togashi.
>3x3s are dumb because you don't name the anime.
If you want recommendations go to .
Or use reverse image searches.
Or just ask for the names. Most people in here are nice enough to spoonfeed you.
>He has it on his grid.
That doesn't mean much. Just as you wrote: It's his online persona. Of course he puts it on his grid. You yourself say that he's posting reaction images and trolls this thread. What makes you believe that his grid is the one thing he's honest about?
pic related from OPM?
Those are all really shitty manga. You only continue to prove your horrible taste. Find me an interview with Toriyama, Araki or Miura praising his work. Better yet, someone who isn't a shounenshit author.
No. He did it for HxH's anniversary. Murata is a big fan of HxH.
Cool. Thanks
>m-my fanbase can't possibly be this retarded
>Tezuka
Who the fuck are you talking about? I guarantee you Osamu Tezuka never read a chapter of HxH, and whoever you're talking about is NOT who 100% of people will think of when they read the name "Tezuka."
When Togashi was 20, he won the coveted Osamu Tezuka Award for new manga artists. On that occasion he met Tezuka who said to him that his manga will inspire the new generation. You can find this mentioned in the manga "Sensei Hakusho" written by one of Togashi's ex-assistant.
So it was a prepared statement during an award ceremony linked to Tezuka in name only? Cool.
>Is that Fate Zero or FSN?
I rank mine by the entire anime franchise
so its all Fate anime. I do this because I don’t want to have different individual anime from the same franchise on my 3x3
>How was it?
I like body swap, so I liked
What's center bottom?
When Togashi was 20, he hadn't even started writing YYH, let alone HxH, you fucking ingrate. You're ignorant of the things you claim to like. How can your opinion be trusted at all?
see
I never said anything about HxH or YYH. I just said those people are fans of Togashi.
Why won't you just admit defeat? Its more honorable than getting humiliated by me time and time again.
>defeat
Why is it always about winning and defeat with shitposters? You guys could at least pretend you're trying to have a discussion and not fling shit.
>fans of Togashi
I wasn't talking about Togashi, I was talking about HxH. Try to keep up.
>waaaah my favorites are not popular on a mongolian knitting forum
You just prove OP correct
I like some of the anime from the "huntards" and the ones who merely like it, who would've guessed different fans have different opinions.
That's not really what he said at all.
High IQ posters. Everyone else is average or below, but mostly the latter.
>there's no falseflags
Retards like pic related have their periods of baitposting and falseflagging as arrogant fans, or fans who make their own posts claiming to be curious for the same debates/shortcomings of the series (Adult Gon, Nanika, heavy exposition on boat arc, etc.).
Those people seem like the average HxH fan. Where's your proof they're posing as fans to sully your fanbase? You have none? The I'm not really interested in your bizarre conspiracy theories.
>conspiracy theory
...on an anonymous imageboard where falseflagging and shilling is proven to be very real? You haven't exactly disproven anything in the pic.
>You haven't exactly disproven anything in the pic.
You expect people to analytically disprove a pic which amounts to stalking some random guy? Is this your idea of an argument? Jesus fucking Christ.
What is there to disprove retard?
>every 3x3 thread now ends with HXH bitching
I'm luvin it.
>stalking some random guy
Ah yes, "animeking1108" is an extremely common username that surely wouldn't reveal the same guy with a quick google search.
Are you gay for him or something? Is this like a zoomer e-celeb thing, or an "oldfag" chris-chan thing?
Why are you so fixated on this dude and what do you expect this all to actually contribute to this thread?
>get proven wrong
>haha youre gay lol
>why are you, fellow virgin, doing things a virgin would do?
I don't even understand this. I'm out.
Maybe you're just too fucking smart and educated for the thread, but I fail to see what you supposedly proved with all this.

Looks good
HxH fanboys have always been mega annoying. Is this really new to you?
It's almost like that's the point of having a 3x3 rather than a list thread....
Just ask or crop and image search
>HxH fanboys have always been mega annoying.
This shit has only started outside of "shounen war" threads when the Hunterchad shit became a thing. This reeks of retaliation tactics from some of those teens from there. Of course, by now countless trolls have adopted it because they saw how easily it triggers people from "both sides" of the argument. And how many retards take it seriously.
Nah. Even you know that "I can't trust people who like good anime wdym you enjoyed lain more than SAO? you have to be faking" is a stupid attention-whoring take

I'm actually really satisfied to see someone remembers kannazuki no miko that really brings me back.
Also what is the bottom left corner? Looks interesting.
How long on average does it take to make a 3x3?
I normally use bighugelabs but I was thinking of making one with Gimp. I've done it before I just need to remember how to use it.
About 3 mins in photoshop.
>How long on average does it take to make a 3x3?
Ten minutes once you have the pictures you want to use. Unless you lose yourself in details, of course.
Finding those pictures is usually what takes the longest. Then, the methodical approach is to follow the steps I already described up here ( ) or something along those lines if that suits you better - you could, for example, skip the "panels in a separate file" step completely and just paste the images directly into the larger file and crop them there using guides and grids.
Baja? Why?
The CG killed Gargantia for me.
How inconsistent does you taste have to be in order to lump Rakugo and YY together. I don't get it.
Noice. Dropped the potatoes though.
Not him but do you think liking yryr and rakugo are mutually exclusive lines of thought?
>I’ve always liked 3x3s because it helps me find new shows and manga based on how well somebody’s tastes line up with mine
Couldn't you just use one of those sites like myanimelist or whatever else there is? From what I understand, they facilitate users to find people of similar taste and you can browse much more than 9 titles per person. These 3x3 threads seem so inefficient for that purpose.
They're polar opposites in everything. It's like having both Wagner and Bieber in your favorites, feels weird as fuck to me.
Yagate Kimi ni Naru / Bloom Into You
Can't comment on your music analogy, but there's plenty to enjoy in lighter anime, even if you can also appreciate productions with a little more depth to them. The dude in question that you're pointing to clearly has a taste for humor with shows like Gosenzo-sama Banbanzai and Guru Guru so I don't see why it's so outlandish that he could also consider Yuru Yuri a favorite, though personally it's not to my tastes despite liking most the rest of his grid.
