I mean i'm a girl myself but honestly i couldn't find any reason to fall in love with Gilgamesh. Not to mention that Saber has Shirou who is hardworking, kind, can cook for you, try his best to protect you and most importantly, Shirou understands and truly loves (Fate route only) her + the way he treats Saber is far better than what Gil does.
