Overlord LN is really great.
Overlord anime is pretty good in S1, and only really enjoyable in S2 and S3 if you're already a fan of the LN, because the animation was done by Shithouse, and is shithouse.
Both are great.
Tanya anime is definitely a good time. Both anime and LN.
Overlord S1 is also pretty good as well, if you like it try read the LNs instead of watching S2 and S3. Overlord is my favorite LN ever created, so I'd really recommend it.

Those other ones you've listed especially God Blow will never land on Ainz, his physical capabilities is that of a level 33 warrior which is far higher than all of Kazuma's teammates. Clementine who is estimated to be 30-33 was fast enough to disappear from a normal human's eyesight and by normal I mean those that are below hero tier in overlord 1-30. Next thing I wanted to mention was that Brain's ultimate attack is faster than sound but to Shalltear he moved at a snail's pace, so now you know what head would fly in less than a second. Also Aqua has gotten hurt in the series, multiple times in fact. She's never shown to receive serious injuries because of what hurts her most of the time is Kazuma hitting her, whenever she's in serious danger and at risk of death, she somehow avoids it. This is evident with the alligator attack she survived because of the cage, the destroyer that exploded, Megumin's explosion. Every situation danger Kazuma's party has been in are all things Ainz can sleep through.

Aqua has max stats (other than luck and intelligence) but still gains levels, which means she isn't a level 100 (by Overlord mechanics). This doesn't mean much since Konosuba levels are seemingly irrelevant.

Ainz has items which can give him resistances against holy attacks. He also has a ring that can grant him any wish he wants no matter how unrealistic, once per day.

Ainz is an expert strategist and has years of PVP experience.

Re: Zero had an OVA, a second OVA that will release sometime before S2, and a S2. I think they're fairly tapped out for now unless they wanted to make a weird movie like Crusch and Ferris or Wilhelm's backstories. CGI done right exists, see Houseki no Kuni or High Score Girl - concise and appropriate when used. Overlord did not have CGI done right; in fact it was the single biggest fucking insult I have ever seen. The minute they fucked up SPLAT it overrided my autism to finish every series I watch regardless of quality and made me drop the series, making it to this day the only series I refuse to finish on principal.
That aside, I was using it as an illustative point; it's more obvious to see the contrast in attention and care in the art/animation than it is having to explain what went wrong from a more step-back meta PoV such as the storytelling.

Regardless, I was talking about KonoSu being a heavily animeonly series. Of course Overlord being put out of its misery is a good thing; we shouldn't be fucking letting practices like that slide. If an anime is shit, it doesn't deserve a second season because the completely-removed-barely-used sauce material is good; as a standalone the anime is still shit. I would reather have less, higher quality adaptations than every decent series getting a barely servicable adaptation.
Not that any of this matters. Normalfag appeal is the golden goose nowadays, and the fact Overlord or GS got away with half the shit they pulled for their adaptations simply means the industry will move and further cut corners to cater that direction; reagrdless of the principles of making good adaptations.

The fact is that more TV series=More LN sales, and that's definitely a good thing. Not exactly. The LN changes are mostly not great, but the overall narrative is still there. The biggest weird things cut from the anime were some worldbuilding stuff that probably would be fucked to have skipped if they get to season... lets say 4 or 5.
I think it's just that people often forgot that isekai anime were all meant to be an ad for the LN.
They often expect some huge budget when that's not usually the case.

I'm mildly interested in Konosuba and have been warming up to the idea of watching it over time, but I was kind of put off of watching Re;Zero because of all the fucking hype from years back, as contrarian as it sounds.
You would be missing out on one of the main points of hype for the show - Rie talking to herself.
They're good shows anyway in their own right.
I'll tell you when this is over, because we don't know how relevant any of these series are going to be to the show or how. The Konosuba characters basically have their quirk and you can pick that mostly up from watching this so far, and the same might mostly end up being same for the Re: Zero characters maybe, but it's also possible they make some references you need more context on later.
I never watch Re:0 either, and I enjoyed Isekai Quartet just fine.
