If they fought to the death, and it was the first time that they had met, Aqua would have a good chance at winning because Ainz doesn't think that her spells will have any effect. He would just tank the first attack because hubris, and it would probably cost him the fight. If they ever fought again after the scene in Isekai Quartet, then there is no way that Ainz would allow himself to be hit by something so effective (especially if the match-up was scheduled ahead of time), and he would probably end up winning.

I'm not even going to go into chuuni shit but Ainz and his friends would still win and here's why:
Aqua is the only competent one in the group powerlevel wise due to being a maxed out goddess. Aqua alone would have to fight all of Nazarick. If she was the super smart tactical genius of konosuba, she would stand a chance, but I believe we all know about Aqua's unfortunate mental capacity.
Kazuma, Darkness and Megumin would all be vaporized from the first major spell Ainz or literally anyone else in his entourage tosses out, leaving only Aqua. She could resurrect them all, but they would just be easily vaporized again. They don't even need to be vaporized with powerful spells, a normal physical cut could kill them. Even Kazuma's exemplary luck stat couldn't save him from getting beheaded or melted down to the bones.
So here's how it could go down:
1) Nazarick all fights cautiously and competently and attempt to wear Aqua down until she doesn't want to fight anymore. I'm sure she has infinite mana and hp but she does get annoyed very easily and she would get demotivated very quickly from having useless companions. She would also have no worshipers in that realm to back her up and amplify her power.
2) Nazarick actually has enough power to obliterate Aqua back to the godly realm (not likely)
Either way, it's Nazarick's win.

He was against it at first but when his guild-mates started buying the items he just went with it. Most of his paid items were given to him by his guild-mates when they perma-quit the game. Nazarick costs a lot of upkeep so he had to do whatever it takes to keep it in the ownership of AOG with the ever reducing number of players in his guild. He spent most of his time farming gold when less than 5 of them were left in the guild. So you could still say he's a fair player because he didn't buy the gold, he farmed it.

Cry of the banshee + his passive kills everything. But, Aqua can infinitely revive because she's a God and her God friends can just respawn her into any world they want. Same with Kazuma. While this is completely against the rules and you only get 1 reincarnation per universe, Kazuma was revived in the same universe several times already. It's difficult to beat a Mary Sue like Kazuma/Aqua unless Ainz has an ability which prevents reincarnation, which I doubt he has because he'd use it against Shalltear when she was brainwashed.
