I do agree that it’s arguably the best overall adaptation of the series so far but claiming that either OP tops the 3DCG ones for parts 1-3 in an aesthetic sense is lying

Can someone explain this to me? The part 1 (to a lesser degree part 2 as well) adaption actually added worth to the part it was adapting by modernizing the artstyle, cleaning up the sloppy fight choreography and trimming the fat of the plot. It made part 1 feel way less amateurish. I don't see any reason to watch the anime over the manga for the other parts. The fight animations outside of the final fights are pretty garbage and filled with still frames, and as good as those still frames may look they aren't better than the manga. You might like the music but you can listen to that shit while reading. Is it voice acting?
