Honestly and unironically it isn't that bad. If I were a shota fan, which I'm not, I'd have the biggest criticism be there isn't enough sexual scenes. Episode 3 to me is the best, although seeing Chicos sister masturbate was pretty good.

I've unironically whacked it to this series over a dozen times since Boku no Pico first came out. It's genuine kino, but also I'm surprised at how well animated it is compared to other hentai. I hope one day we get a new shota hentai of equal, if not better, quality.

It always bothers me when people act as if Boku no Pico specifically is some terrible OVA when the whole point of it getting recommended around all the time was that it was legitimately good and also something that could shock newfags who didn't know about it at the same time.
Chico to Pico was my favorite of the three but I like the other two about the same.
