But I just started Black Clover and not only is Noelle the second most important and developed character, but there's also some amazing female supporting characters like Vanessa and Mereoleona.

Id say the drawings are kind of hard, like lot of characters have the same face and the outifts are not as easy to look at as MHA ones. Magna is a peasant who has slightly more mana than them, but is still not at commoner level. Sol is a commoner who has slightly more mana than an average commoner, but isn't noble level. Nozel is at royalty level., with Yami only being slightly behind. And everything else is self explained.

Magna can't improve his mana quantity; he is stuck with what he has. But he can train to maximize what he does have.

But as we've seen numerous times in this series, mana quantity isn't everything in a fight. People with less mana can beat those with more mana through training, strategy, teamwork, or luck.
