I have mixed feelings about sen. On one hand he certainly is a strong fighter and people don't give him enough credits because he lost to agito even tough he's said to have defeated wakatsuki and was probably N°3 tied with ohma in the tournament.
But on the other hand with his personality and how defeated he was after fighting agito and finding out the huge gap beetwen the two of them it didn't seem like he had the drive to improve and could've pretty much just been slacking during those 2 years unlike the other fighters who all had their own reasons to improve.

If he is, then he hasn't learned a damn thing with his fight with Agito.

First time we saw him it didn't even register as a chance, but with the whole "Old friend transferred in" it sets him up for the possibility of being stronger than expected.

He seemed pretty low on the power level scale with a possibly career ending injury, the only real feat he displayed was Erioh seriously concerned that by reputation =, Robinson might be able to beat Raian (But he was also not expecting Raian to Remove).

If he appears I just don't see him getting involved in any fights or being strong enough for such a thing. I expect he might make a cameo appearance alongside Erioh/Elena/Karla because they had really nice interactions and good chemistry.

A fighter of Kuroki's level would be able to beat multiple opponents, even if most of his side would be eliminated early.
So the number of fights is within 13 to 25 fights.

Id assume the tournament will be organized in a way to prevent such an outcome. Anyway, 25 fights is maximum we can get, assuming there would be only one fighter left standing at the end.

As long as the format has fighters going more than once, there is going to be that problem. Both sides are going to have to weigh the pros and cons of sending a fighter back in, or retiring them since we don't know how eliminations are going to work right now.
