I guarantee you the loudest, most annoying voices about sexual identity and transgender identity and whatever else is in the SJW checklist are also the ones that hold similar views about actual sexual activity and its portrayal in media as the most prudish of imams. That people who think about it too much are a danger, that people who portray it are committing grievous sins, that these people deserve to be tarred and feathered and much worse without a second thought. In the US, anyway, but it's pretty weird in general in the West. The UK and Australia have baffling government restrictions on media obscenity, even in adults only ratings, the likes of which America still does not have.

People are always bitching about sex, who's allowed to think or say or portray what, and it's happening regardless of their religion, political party, or sex. There's something more fundamental to the culture of the West going on, one that defines the very discussion itself and thus shapes all world views regardless of whatever side of the isle these people come from. It always becomes a basic assumption with Western moral groups that there is something fundamentally immoral about human sex. They just justify this feeling in different ways.

We may not care that much about tits in our movies, but actual sex is still viewed as this secial part of life that should mostly be enjoyed with loved ones. Most will still react poorly on accounts of sexually open people.
The one bigge rproof of how sex is still viewed as this increidbly important part of an individual is how rape is considered pretty much the second worst crime a person can commit (the first one being pedophilia, which is basically rape of a minor), whe it's basically an assault with penetration and the resulting psychlogical drama is more strongly related to the personal views of the attacked than the act itself. An actually sexually liberated society would view rape as basically a slightly worse case of unjustified aggression (mostly due to the possibility of unwanted pregnancy), and condemn it as such.
