I like that one filler episode that showed how Johnny and Yosaku met Zoro. And that one episode after Thriller Bark where Brook is interacting on the ship with all the Straw Hats for the first time.

Also the Loguetown fillers. Usopp's episode I pretty much consider canon given its inclusion in that one novel, and the Sanji episode is just fun and goofy.

Now think about it logically, if Kaidou was merely a normal giant, and the world government restrained him using as much seastone as they had available, what stopped them from imprisoning him OR killing him on the spot? It doesn't make sense, until you realize that his "normal" form is that of a dragon. A skin that cannot be pierced. A body so colossal no prison can withold him. A fire-breath capable of destroying mountains, that comes naturally to him. Even if you had him in seatone shackles, there is no way you can have a dragon under your control. That is why despite being imprisoned, there was nothing they could do to stop him.
