Against Femto, it's more ambiguous. Femto has a massive charismatic presence through his Od, so he may just charm Diavolo to his side through his presence. But assuming he doesn't, it's likely Femto's win. Femto can warp space, so King Crimson's attacks likely won't land, if not hit himself.

Epitaph will see exactly when and how the attacks come, and Femto will act as if everything is going exactly right while time is erased (because most events play out normally in erased time), allowing Diavolo to get in close and score a big hit. Now it depends on how much punishment Femto can actually take without any active defenses.
