Then Deku messed most of that up; and Endeavor's fight with High End messed up the rest. Emotionally, he's off kilter. On top of that, as Endeavor predicted, he's running into the limits of ice, only, and he's not that good with fire or using ice and fire together. His goal, to be a hero like All Might, is still clear but his path is not. Once he gets these problems resolved, though, T4 and Bakugo should watch out.

I mean, if he can't see when he activates his quirk because light passes through his retinas, she's got the same problem if light just passes through her. He absolutely does, most other characters doesn't get constantly praised for every little thing he does. Someone already posted the panel where AM praises him for "moving the conversation along", having to highlight every thing he does is bad writing. Hori has failed to make him a proper rival on his own, he hasn't been relevant to the story for a long time and he's only ever beat students and fodder. There's no realistic way for him to keep up with Deku when he's granted seven quirks by magical ghosts but he's the main rival so Hori has to find ways of shilling him. He is worse written than other characters because it is more forced.

All this is invalidated by the fact that the Kamino ward arc had entire SWAT teams armed with machine guns shooting at Nomus near point blank and having a kill count of literally 0. Nomus have exposed fucking brains and goldfish googly eyes.
The real answer is because it's cape shit, and the author doesn't want to have guns looking strong or useful because it'd invalidate the whole perception of heroes relying on quirks and snowflake gadgets so they can be unique. The whole guns = lethal thing doesn't fly when you can clearly have the guns shoot tranq dartz or some other shit when technology is clearly far superior in MHA than in the real world when there's fucking AI robots for manual labor as well as high school kids making hero gear nilly willy. There's no way in hell technology wouldn't have advanced so that guns can shoot an array of bullets that are focused on disarming/incapacitating and with the way guns work you can literally have a specialized clip for the vast majority of quirks out there meaning it's just a matter of how to handle carrying ammo around. Literally no UA student would ever be able to handle a sniper besides maybe Mirio if he can react faster than a sniper bullet, so think about how it'd even be possible for the vast majority of villains to deal with heroes who use guns catered to their needs. It simply isn't an argument, you have to kill your brain cells to think that stupid pic is logical.

No offense but I don't remember when this was ever mentioned. Pretty sure heroes tend to do that given citizens who do crime tend to use quirks when cornered and cops have all but been relegated to doing paperwork or cleaning up messes regularly. They only get called in and use guns when the plot needs cannon fodder like the Yakuza arc, speaking of which the cops did absolutely jack shit and were purely a burden outside of handcuffing which any rookie hero could have done.

Right there, epic failure, and not just due to spelling. There have been hints that Toga is highly trained: She's able to do the ninjutsu trick of fading into her surroundings, in the CRC fight she hit vital targets with her knife at a run, and in the fight with Aizawa it was clear her physical and planning skills were much higher than he expected. I would not be surprised to find Toga is related or closely connected to a highly skilled martial artist who taught her a lot growing up; skills she's using in her career as a villain.

The city where the LoV and the Liberation Army are fighting in is rather close to UA, still, everyone in the city is part of the Liberation Army, including it's heroes, so no one will be calling the police or heroes from the other cities, and the corrupt heroes may be able to stop the police and the heroes from the other cities from coming. Well, unless Gigantomachia appears, that is. Giga breaking havoc would be too noticeable, even from the other cities.
