前略
I don't think the idea of panchira really fits in Aria. Even as a joke, it always felt like a mistake.

The whole town is getting a nice view.

thanks op, you're allright

Translation quality not as good this time, thanks again OP.

That's the tough part of old manga. It does improve soon, so we just need some gaman for now.

Vash?

Thanks for the dump OP. It seems even with Woody, you don't escape the mandatory 'name starts with A' rule of ARIA.

This was a fun chapter. A lot of movement, and a lot of views from above, compared to the usual point of view from water or street level. I think the only bit of trivia I can think of relating to this chapter is that unfortunately, Venetian delivery dudes don't have sick flying bikes to get to tight spots. Most of the main travel is done by water, then by carts wheeling through the streets. So it's important to avoid blocking bridges and narrow alleys when you visit as you never know when a delivery person might need to pass through!

Also, an interesting choice by Amano with some of the architecture. The clock tower visible in and is definitely not something you'd see in Venice proper - it looks like it's a design inspired by the Campanile di San Marco (or by the campaniles IT inspired at San Giorgio Maggiore and San Francesco della Vigna) but with a clock face in place of the belfry. I don't recall seeing a clock tower like that in Venice (most faces are closer to ground level, like the one on the Torre dell'Orologio at the Piazza or San Giacomo di Rialto) but I'm sure there's one similar to that over in Murano.

But that's not really important. What is important is this was a nice chapter of very fast Undine flying at incredible hihg speed. And if Akira-sama ever found herself on one of those bikes, I do hope she'd take the necessary precautions to maintain her elegance and modesty as she desires.

Thank you kindly venice user

Isn't Woody different since Ayanokouji is his family name?

Bump

Thanks as always. What Aika said almost made no sense.
And being a Sylph seems fun.

It's pretty much a flying scooter. So it's got to be fun.

He introduced himself as Udo Ayanokouji, and earlier Akari introduced herself as Mizunashi Akari so I think Udo is his family name and Ayanokouji his given name.
Cute Kokone.

With these quality translations we can't trust them to be consistent in the name order. Here's their pages from the guidebook.

I read this long ago, bretty gud mango.

Yeah, you're right. Ayanokouji is his family name, not everyday you see a translation that's inconsistent with name order.
