I hate it. Manga stopped scanlations at 112 and spanish scanlations went like only a few chapters further. Haven't read anything past that and I fucking gave up hope.
It sucks because the manga and anime gave me lots of warm and fuzzy feelings and sparkles and bubbles, too bad I can't have nice things.
Wish I at least knew other cute, sweet, diabetes inducing shoujo romances like Kimi ni Todoke. Only one that gave me a similar feel is Koi wa Amaegari recently thinly veiled /r/
