Let's decide what the strongest weapon ever made is. Here are some rules to clarify what I mean by "weapon":
1) A weapon is a tool used to harm/kill and destroy
Pretty simple, swords, spears, guns, giant satellites lasers. If your Ziploc bag can kill people, sure.
2) Weapons matter, not the user
Something like, say, Extase from Akame ga Kill. These scissors can cut through anything, but the user dies at the beginning of the series . It has an on-screen kill count of less than 10.However, it is theoretically stronger than DragonSlayer, which has been used to kill hundreds if not thousands of demons. In cases like the death Note, where the user decides how much the Death Note can be used, pretend the writer can find out any name.
3) Powers don't count
DBZ fags, Hunterfags, Narutards, and Jojofags BTFO.
In seriousness, weapons are tools, not intrinsic/learned abilities.
4) Weapons are not limited by the user
If Ultra-Kami God can use an axe that obliterates everything in existence, and only they can, it counts. If anthing including a fucking protozoa can use a cosmic hydrogen atom to magically kill every being in existence, you bet your ass it counts. Giant mechs/Gundams are self-piloting.
5) People are not weapons
Unless Goku can turn into Nippon steel, he is not a weapon.
