I imagine it's somewhat difficult to write one beyond the basics, their generally destructive nature kind makes them more effective villains than main characters. Mirai Nikki is one of the few I can think of where one is a main character, excepting manga where their yandere-ness is played off as a joke. I wish there was more, I generally enjoy them.

I think the impication with her, as well as with the manager and Kobe-san was that some people are simply who they are by nature, with no real reason given to them being rotten people. Contrast with Satou, Taiyou, and the Kobe siblings, who all had various factors as to why they are the way they are, not coincidentally in large part due to the way the former three treated them. Also note that the former three are the only major characters without names, which is something I think is certainly not coincidental; they're left nameless to show how ultimately shallow and empty they are as people.

That was one of the few issues I had with the anime so it'd be nice if the manga could fix that. Even though the series was a bit ridiculous at times it was hard to work with the sheer amount of coincidences and odd circumstances needed in the last episode.
