Shitcure and Shin-chan need to be replaced by Doraemon and Gundam, and Pokemon should definitely replace whokai watch, but otherwise those are Japan's most representative and popular shows, yes. You could make an argument about Anpanman belinging on the list, but those shows are all international hits on top of their national popularity, so I caj see why they were chosen.
