Have you ever made an amv user? Looking back, was it good?
I made an amv once and still think it was ok. Just a bunch of cool scenes edited to fit the music but still.

I like them, but there are a lot of bad ones. Comedy ones have practically died off since AMV hell ended. Run into too many recycled audio files being used that are just pasted into a new clip usually for the worse. Music ones I wish people would learn to download raws so that there aren't annoying subs across the screen that my not work with the song. Some of the overly flashy AMV's are nice but the music itself usually sucks, nothing I'd listen to in my car kind of music.

AMVs used to be my primary method of finding new music in middle and high school, but at this point I haven't gone looking for them in many years. I still enjoy the concept, and even today I'll sometimes be reminded of an anime as I listen to an unrelated song, but I don't have the patience to sift through the trash anymore.
