There are WN/LN differences even among the "bad ends" though.
WN "bad end": Yuuki accepts pact with Velda. Hinata is brainwashed. Chloe throws a tantrum and doesn't let Rimuru leave so he teleports to Tempest right in front of the kids, causing Hinata's ambush to fail. Since Falmas fully cooperates with the Church, she joins the war herself causing everyone in Tempest to die (though it's implied that Rimuru alone survived somehow).
LN "bad end": Yuuki rejects Velda. Hinata NOT brainwashed. Chloe throws a tantrum and doesn't let Rimuru leave so he teleports to Tempest right in front of the kids, causing Hinata's ambush to fail. Since Falmas got their own "Otherworlders" among their forces, their cooperation with the church is much more limited, so Hinata doesn't join the Falmas invasion. Because Rimuru made it in time and the church couldn't enforce their monster slaying policy on Falmas forces, Rimuru is able to negotiate a "deal" with Falmas and end the conflict peacefully. Rimuru and Hinata resolve the misunderstanding somehow and become friendly towards each other. However Falmas ends up being a huge pain for Tempest causing Tempest's economy and other development to stall. Then at some point the Eastern Empire invades and wipes Tempest, including Rimuru, off the map, causing Veldora to be ejected (without the prison, somehow) and go on a rampage to take revenge for the dead Rimuru.
"Good End" (both WN and LN): Chloe acts spoiled but eventually lets Rimuru go. Hinata ambush succeeds and Rimuru manages to temporarily fake his death (see: current manga chapter). Rimuru returns to Tempest too late and finds Shion and some monster kids already dead. Rimuru hears about Pet Dragon tale and gambles on that to ressurrect Shion and the monster kids. He does Harvest Festival, summons Kuro, becomes a True Demon Lord and gains Ultimate Skills, causing events to diverge from their usual flow.
