I don't know, but I think it looks neat.

it allows you to special summon a monster from either player's graveyard(not banished one) to your field, not enemy's. It's not equip card so after the effect resolve, you discard the card to your own graveyard(very important) but the monster summoned stay on your field. If the card get negated by monster's special effect (can be yours or enemy's) or perhaps due to effect of spell or trap card(again, can be yours and enemy's), the summoning is cancelled.

I think OP meant the artwork, not the card's effect.
