Watching Doraemon as an adult is quite a different experience, some of his gadgets are so damn broken. Even those with drawbacks, I can think of a way to exploit them. Heck that's exactly what I'm doing when rewatching it, I'm thinking of ways to make Nobita not suck.

Doraemon is great. I like reading chapters every once in a while.
I'd watch the movies but so few are subbed, I only watched the first 2. And the birth of Doraemon special and one special where they go to the future to take part in a race.

If I had known about it as a kid, it would have easily been my favorite show.

They were my childhood in India. Same with Ninja Hattori, Shinchan and Hagimaru.

Lived in SEA, they have aired pretty much every single Fujio Fujio kids anime in existence; Q-Taro, Perman, Chimpui, Esper Mami (all lewd stuff was cut, of course), 21 Emon, Parasol, Henbee, Kiteretsu, etc.

There are also manga of their lesser known works around as well.

This was in the late 90s/early 2000s. Doraemon didn't make it over in China/HK/Korea until the early 90s.

Where do I start with Doraemon?

Start with Ep1 or chapter 1 if you want characters introduction. Or just start anywhere you want, it's just a simple episodic comedy.
Doraemon Long Stories is a series of standalone manga/movie with real plots and stories unlike the main series.

Never watched anything Doraemon except maybe 1 episode of the OG anime, and after finishing Stand By Me last night I can safely say Nobita's a faggot and that movie was garbage
