The actually geniunely terrible english dubs are more rare than what you shit-eating shit-posting dub-haters think they are. The overwhelming majority of dubs are the "mediocre" or "passable" category, and the bad ones fall into the "so bad it's good" category. Very few are actually so bad that they're not worth watching. The copy of Kino no Tabi (2003) I downloaded had the dub included and I watched a couple minutes of it. Hermes' voice is absolutely awful. I don't know what they were thinking.
