Like seriously, the only isekai fmc I have seen with any flaws is from the Potion Tanomi manga and her only flaw is that she's a bit greedy BUT has a heart of gold.

Youjo Senki. It at least it avoids all the worst shit just fine and is a pretty jolly fun ride. And it adds drama that normally isn't present since you find out early on that MC-chan is destined to lose. If you want to see a successful middle manager disciple of Ayn Rand be reincarnated as a magic loli in AU magic WW1 germany to serve the Reich and war is fucking hell give it a shot.
