no my office job is my real job, shitposting is my hobby. both require a computer and once I'm done with my job I got the rest of the day to fuck around in here. full days work I get done in 3-4 hours the rest is paid lazing around.

Would never happen in Japan. Japanese policy in every domains is to sweep the dust under the carpet and say it doesn't exist to save face and give an external appearance of harmony. Only when the problems have reached such a critical mass that it explodes and the system collapse they start changing it, but of course it's at a much harder and painful cost than if they'd dealt with said problems before the explosion.

Working more than 40h a week is slavery. More than 32 is already too much for my taste.
