This summary of Volume 1 is from animesuki forum here it is:
The LN is placed on the year 20XX (it doesn't say the actual year), there are 7 seraphim who came to the earth, they arrived in Kichijouji neighborhood, with Inokashira park in the center, in the center of this park a strange phenomenon happened, this allowed people to obtain certain powers.
The seraphim created a building around the zone and they never showed up again once they entered that building, the Japanese unsuccessfully tried to contact them, the powers that people obtained can only be used in this area, for that reason people from other countries went there to live.
People started to call this place "isekai" (not because of another world).
Sirou (the MC) was summoned to another world by a goddess called Michael, she wished some stuff like doing things with the MC (you know what I mean) but suddenly he asked her for training because he hasn't awakened his own powers in the other world, of course he's absolutely broken right now thanks to that training.
With Michael they defeated the 7 sins and since the MC managed to fulfill all her wishes she decided to leave that world and went with the MC back to his own world, she changed her name to Ougami Mika (if you want to know, yes, they have done a lot of stuff) and now she's the leader of the brigade of the hungry wolves.
At the beginning only the MC and her were the members of this brigade but now they are 6, mainly because the MC was the one who obtained all the sins but this power was too much for him so they gave each one to a member of this brigade.
Here comes Yui who obtained "lust" and as you can tell, they have done a lot of stuff.
For the fanservice, no sex yet, lots of other stuff. As expected from the author of Shinmai.
So far the girl that have done the most with the MC is Mika (the goddess), also the vampire loli too but she didn't showed that much so no descriptions of what happened between them, and Yui mainly because of the Lust.
