The second KB story arc hasn't been completed in Heroes yet. Until that happens and they get the figures and poll results there won't be a decision made, so most probably KB S2 won't come out until 2020, if at all.

Anime tend to be ads for running manga or games, so those which the manga already ended have little hope. I can barely remember any anime which was not a remake or had nothing to do with the real story in the last few years.
